Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not, please return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price including the original postage cost.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and still be in its original packaging including all protective packaging. We do ask that return items are sufficiently packaged to avoid damage in return transit otherwise we may not be able to exchange or refund you if the items are returned to us damaged. This is particularly important if returning ceramics.
You are required to pay the return postage costs unless the item received was faulty. Please note we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit so we do advise that you return the item using an insured and trackable registered delivery service.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the approved returned goods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Sale items will be refunded at the sale price only.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We ask that you send us pictures of how the item arrived including the external packaging. Please do not dispose of any damaged items including the packaging unless instructed by us, as we often require the damaged item to either be sent back to us or collected, in order to be able to complete the refund. We will either refund or replace the damaged item as long as we are at fault.
Please Note that many of our items are individually handmade using natural materials, with intentional distressed finishes and natural imperfections. Therefore we do not class these items as damaged in any way and we advise that you take this into account prior to ordering.
