We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) with delivery 2-4 working days thereafter.
We deliver to UK Mainland only.
Our delivery charge is £4.99 for all orders.*
Free Delivery on orders £80.00 and over (UK Mainland).
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and parts of Ireland
*Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and parts of Ireland costs more and is £9.95. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you live in the Highlands & Islands and we will send you a delivery invoice. We will not be able to dispatch your order until the delivery invoice is paid. If the incorrect delivery charge is selected at checkout we will cancel your order and send you the delivery invoice for you to then re-order.
We use a combination of Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Parcelforce deliver Monday to Friday. When receiving our shipping confirmation email we will provide you with a tracking number, that you will be able to use to track your delivery via the Royal Mail and Parcelforce website. Shipping email confirmations are sent after 4pm when the Parcelforce network system has been updated.
* Local Delivery: If you live within Preston and Elmstone village, you qualify for free local delivery. Please choose the local delivery option at checkout and ensure you enter your full postcode and contact details. We will contact you once we receive your order to arrange a delivery day/time. Please note that as we are unable to make multiple delivery attempts or leave packages on doorsteps or safe places, to ensure that you are available to receive your order at the agreed specified day/time, otherwise if we have to redeliver, our standard delivery charge will apply.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instruction if this address is incorrect. Therefore please ensure when placing the order that all information is correct especially the shipping address. If the parcel is sent back to us because of an incorrect shipping address, then you will be liable to pay a second postage cost to re-send the parcel out to you. If you choose a refund, you will not be entitled to a refund for your postage cost for the item(s) we have already attempted to deliver to you.
If the courier attempts to deliver your parcel but you are not in, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the depot/post office. If your parcel is returned back to us due to you not collecting the parcel, you will not be entitled to a refund for your postage for the item/s that we have already attempted to deliver to you.
If you provide a mobile phone number with your order, Parcelforce will send an interactive SMS on the morning of delivery.
We aim to deliver your order by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication and all are in British Pounds, and include VAT at the current rate. All prices may be changed without prior notice.
