Before forming The Little Kent Barn Company, Katie-Jane spent over twenty years as a qualified Estate Agent. This experience along with Katie-Jane's passion for interiors has enabled us to provide a wealth of experience and advice to home owners and property sellers when it comes to preparing a property for market. 

We specifically work with clients who are living within their homes or properties that are already furnished, providing advise on de-cluttering and assisting in dressing and presenting properties in readiness for estate agents images as well as viewings.

We utilise our clients own items or we can provide some of our own decorative accessories. In todays property market, this is a powerful marketing tool to attract early viewings from online property portals. We also provide a property photography service, ensuring we capture all the features of a property, including styling and taking lifestyle shots. These images help buyers visualise  how spaces can be used and help capture the essence of a home and we can provide these images to the sellers estate agent. 

We also provide advise on the exterior presentation of a property, generally referred to as 'kerb appeal'. This is where potential buyers will form their first impression when viewing a property, so it is important to ensure that the exterior of the property is as presentable and inviting as much as the interior. We can also provide seasonal planters and front door wreaths.
